SWEET.TV operates exclusively based on direct licensing agreements with major global studios (including Disney, Paramount, Universal, Sony) and rightsholders. We are a legal streaming platform.

  • Infringing URL: The exact and complete URL on the SWEET.TV website where the content is located.

  • Statement of Good Faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  • Statement Under Penalty of Perjury: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the Notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

  • Confirmation of Authority: A statement that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive rights.

4. Policy Regarding Repeat Infringers

SWEET.TV may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate the services provided to users who are repeat infringers of the copyrights of third parties.
