Born July 4, 1957 in Moscow. In his youth, he tried many professions: he worked as an apprentice electrician at the Mosenergoremont enterprise, a furniture propser at the Moscow Art Theater branch, a setter at the Young Spectator Theater, a projection mechanic and a fourth-level master baker at a bakery. According to Nazarov, he especially succeeded in muffins with raisins and sugar sprinkles. In 1980 he graduated from the Higher Theater School. M.S.Schepkina (course of Victor Korshunov). From 1980 to 1995 he served in the Maly Theater, where he played about 60 roles. He left the theater after a creative conflict with the leadership and the almost complete absence of the main roles. Then he served in the theater "Sphere" and the Theater of the Russian Army, and since 2003 - in the Chekhov Moscow Art Theater.
