Colm McCarthy

Colm McCarthy is the director best known for his work on Peaky Blinders, Sherlock and Endeavor. He was born in Edinburgh and lived there, as well as in Dublin and London. He happily married and plays a huge number of eight musical instruments terribly terribly. He did not formally train in the movies, instead he just watched a lot of films, read a bunch of books, and then started shooting things with friends. They borrowed the film and shot short films, music videos and random “cool shots” to go into the editing sequence
