Terry and Paul meet with internet sensation La Demi, who wants to have her jaw shaven down. Paul explains the risks to the YouTube star, giving her a lot to think about. Not only will there be a risk to her face but there is also the chance that her online career will have to stop for a short time. The doctors also meet Laura, a woman who is now missing the inside of her nose after being headbutted by a bulldog. Her previous operation was botched so Paul pulls out all the stops to help restore her nose to normal. While he supports Laura, Terry works with a young woman called Erica who has a breast lump. At the insistence of an ex-boyfriend, Erica had a breast implant to remedy her problem but after waking up from surgery, the lump was still there. Not only that, but she also has a leaking nipple as a consequence. Terry decides she needs to have the implants removed, as this will give her the chance to have better breasts and freedom from her past toxic relationship.
