The doctors meet Robert, a man who has travelled all the way from Prague in pursuit of perfection. He wants to look like "the perfect human doll" but Paul is concerned that one more operation to achieve his idealised look could prove to be detrimental. The plastic surgeons also meet Emily, a woman whose breasts look like crab claws. Her peculiar problem has been caused by one too many breast augmentations, so to restore her looks, she turns to Terry and Paul for help. The pair also meet Ashley, who has 'blowfish lips'. This has been caused by the sheep fat she used to plump up her lips after being inspired by women in the porn industry who did the same. But Ashley now regrets her actions, as the expansion of her lips means she no longer looks normal and she is afraid of the consequences for her children. The doctors do what they can to help restore her beauty before her lips expand even further.
