Plastic surgeons Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif meet with Amanda, a patient from overseas who seeks a boob job after a previous near-death experience in the operating room. Due to her past trauma, Paul advises against any more plastic surgery, but this is something that Amanda isn't sure about. The doctors also meet with Koffa, a woman with a complicated medical past. She has a rare inflammatory disease but she hopes the two experts will still be able to give her the boob job she needs. She also requires work done to her face, and despite her challenging situation, the doctors are able to help. Robert is also on the show and he hopes for the dream abs that he can't get in the gym. A previous operation went badly so he hopes the doctors can help, not only to improve his body but to improve his perspective on himself too. A tummy tuck is needed but there are higher risks for men than there are for women. Despite this, Robert decides to go ahead with the procedure.
