Transgender pop star Monique has undergone cosmetic surgery more than 200 times and comes to doctors Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif for one more: she needs to have her pixie ears fixed before appearing in an upcoming music video. But the hundreds of procedures Monique has already been through have exacted a toll, with liquid silicone leaking and moving in various parts of her body. Next, the doctors meet Kelly, who was born with a cleft lip and has spent much of her life enduring multiple surgeries attempting to fix it. In one procedure, she had her jaw broken because her underbite was so pronounced and there was no other way to correct it. Kelly had been left with many scars and asks the doctors if they can help. At the same time, she wants a tummy tuck too, which turns out to be problematic. Finally, Myesha comes in with huge, dark eyebags which she says were made worse when she tried to get them fixed on the cheap in Mexico.
