Dr Nassif comes to the rescue of a patient who, after two failed surgeries, is desperate to get her nose fixed. She used to be teased for the shape of her nose at school. Her failed surgeries have left her with breathing difficulties, and her nose still looks a mess. Dr Dubrow helps a single mother with her breast implants, one of which fell out while the woman was brushing her teeth. The problems began after her second surgery she had done in the Dominican Republic, as she had complications after the operation, running a fever and getting wounds on her incisions. Meanwhile, a transgender twin needs the doctors' help in completing her Bimbo Barbie transformation. She wants bigger boobs, and her jawline to be more feminine, with the end of result of becoming the perfect bimbo doll. These are all patients who have had plastic surgeries before, but something went terribly wrong. Now, the doctors must help fix these issues.
