Famed plastic surgeons Dr Terry Dubrow and Dr Paul Nassif do what they can to support clients who have suffered a range of plastic surgery disasters. In this third season, they meet people with all kinds of needs, from a woman whose nipples are too high to an ex-'Playboy' model who wants a second chance at fixing her nose and body. They also support an "out of this world" patient who wants to look like an alien, a woman who wants to like a pixie, and a reality star who wants the doctors to make her look "plastic fantastic". These are just some of the people that Terry and Paul come across as they try to remedy plastic surgeries that have gone wrong, but expect to see many more as they work with clients across the United States. Some cases are challenging and some are downright outrageous, but with their special brand of skills, the celebrated doctors at the heart of this American reality series work hard to restore both the looks and the self-confidence of their struggling patients.
