Khloé takes the initiative and brings spiders first to Kim's car, and then her home. While North is absolutely loving it, Kim runs from the tarantula. Scott, meanwhile, is not having a good day. He has been feeling tired for months, and Kim is wondering if he has COVID-19. Scott says he doesn't have any other symptoms but agrees to see a doctor. The doctor wants a blood test and informs Scott that his testosterone levels are very low. While he discusses the problem with his doctor, Kim also listens. They decide getting into new eating habits is the way to go, so they start looking for new foods to try. Kris visits Scott, and they talk about the harm caused to his body due to alcohol abuse. Kim's plan about pranking Khloé with inflatable whales is revealed.
