The doctors meet pint-sized Irish model Ava Van Rose, who is well known in her own country for her good looks. However, due to the amount of surgery that she has had done in the past, no Irish doctor wants to do further work on her body. It's because of this that she travels across the pond to meet Terry and Paul. She wants them to enlarge her breasts, but there's a problem. Another procedure could make her breasts look worse so she is faced with a tough decision as she contemplates what to do next. The doctors then meet Crystal, who almost died from a nightmarish tummy tuck that she underwent in Mexico. Further surgery could be problematic but Terry has some good news for the young woman. The doctors also see Kenny, a young father who wants them to correct his nose deformity and make it look more like his daughter's. He's also in luck, as Paul has a solution to the issues the man has been experiencing.
