The doctors meet a set of twins with not-so-identical problems. After a botched breast augmentation, Dannita developed symmastia, which gave her breasts the uniboob look. After undergoing five surgeries to fix her problem, she turns to Terry and Paul for their advice on the best way forward. Her sister Nadinne also needs their help, but for a very different issue. She wants to get the fat sucked out of her arms but the doctors aren't sure another bout of surgery will help her. They also meet Liberty, a woman who was born with a cleft lip. After getting surgery, she later developed problems with her nose, so Paul performs a rhinoplasty to fix both of the issues that she has been having. Elsewhere, Terry tries to help Megan, the world's first paraplegic fitness model, achieve her dream. The only things holding her back are her breasts and her previous operations haven't improved matters for her. Thankfully, Terry has the skills to put things right for this brave woman.
