This season premiere introduces Californian doctors Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif, who specialise in undoing the damage caused when plastic surgery goes wrong. By their reckoning, at least half of cosmetic procedures are performed by the ill-equipped. They make a house call for Justin Jedlica, a man who is, through multiple surgeries, attempting to turn himself into the human equivalent of a Ken doll. He tells them about his ongoing plans for more and more operations and seeks their opinion. But whether Justin heeds their words as he pursues the perfect face and body remains to be seen. The doctors also meet a woman who's been left with a "uni-boob" after badly bungled breast surgery. Then, in a reminder that not everybody seeking cosmetic enhancements is doing so out of a sense of vanity, they take on the case of an actress who's undergone six nose jobs. But in her case, it is the agonising ongoing result of having been in a car accident years earlier.
