Lev Durov

From the famous dynasty of Russian circus artists - animal trainers and clowns. Honored Artist of the RSFSR (08/09/1974). People's Artist of the RSFSR (08/08/1982). People's Artist of the USSR (28.02.1990). He graduated from the Moscow Art Theater School (1954, course Georgy Avdeevich Gerasimov and Sergei Kapitonovich Blinnikova), Higher Directing Courses at GITIS (1978). In 1954-1963 - actor of the Central Children's Theater. In 1963-1967 - Artist of the Lenin Komsomol Theater. Since 1967 - actor of drama theater on Malaya Bronnaya. In 2003-2007 - the main director of the theater; independently staged performances since 1977. In 1996, as an art director, he graduated from the course of students at the Moscow Art Theater School. In 1999, the book “Algoritm” published the book L.К. Durov "Sinful Notes".
