Rap music typically has a macho image, and cosmetic surgery typically does not. But if there's anything less manly than plastic surgery, it's boobs. So gangsta rapper Big Caz is devastated that his steroid use, intended to help him bulk up and become more macho, had the opposite effect and gave him a pair of "man boobs". He seeks out the help of doctors Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif to undo the results of his poor choices. Speaking of poor choices, another patient has fallen foul of choosing the cheaper route. Model Jana goes to Mexico for a cut-price butt job, where the surgeon simply inserts breast implants into her posterior. Finally, a British man called Jordan has had so much filler pumped into his face that at times he can't move certain muscles in it. On top of that, his massively plumped-up lips are leaking. Terry and Paul feel he's already had too much surgery and it would be dangerous to perform more, but it's hard to talk Jordan out of his addiction.
