Adam, a drag queen, is planning to move to New York to pursue a career as a Madonna impersonator, and so needs to perfect the look beforehand. He had already undergone seven procedures but is not yet happy with his appearance. He wants a nose job with a difference: he wants it to be deliberately botched, so that it looks just like Madonna's after her own failed surgery. Rhinoplasty is a source of angst for another patient, Diana, who had wanted to get her nose fixed for medical reasons, namely that she couldn't breathe properly. But the operation was a disaster, leaving Diana with an upturned "piggie" nose, scars, and still not able to breathe any better. And Saaphyri, a reality star who dropped a lot of weight quickly, says she was left with saggy skin and breasts. She sought to tighten up with liposuction and a boob job, but the latter was bungled, so it's another case of doctors Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif to the rescue.
