Movie Snow White (2025)

Story

After the benevolent King disappears, his kingdom falls under the rule of a jealous and ruthless Queen. Her envy of Snow White’s inner beauty drives her to try to kill the young princess, forcing Snow White to flee the castle and seek safety far from the royal grounds.

Deep in the dark woods, Snow White encounters seven magical dwarves and Jonathan, a young bandit. As the group faces the Queen’s relentless pursuit, they join forces to survive and to take back the kingdom. Music, friendship, and courage shape this fantasy adventure.

Overview

Directed by Marc Webb, Snow White (2025) brings together music, family storytelling, and fantasy in a modern screen adaptation of a familiar fairy-tale world. The film contrasts the warmth of companionship with the shadow of a court ruled through jealousy and fear, moving from the confines of the castle into an enchanted woodland filled with unexpected allies.

Rachel Zegler leads the story as a princess whose inner kindness stands against the Queen’s cruelty. The narrative follows her journey into the forest and her connection with its unusual inhabitants, while the Queen’s pursuit keeps the adventure focused on survival, loyalty, and the hope of reclaiming the kingdom.
