Tarick is a retired boxer who suffered multiple broken noses through his career. He tried to get it fixed once he hung up his gloves, but his surgeries only made matters worse, both in terms of his appearance and his breathing. He asks doctors Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif if they can sort it out once and for all. Kelsey is woman born with a concave chest, which had a huge effect on her breast development as she went through puberty. Now an adult, she has a "uni-boob" after repeated failed attempts at surgery on both her chest and breasts. And Shauna Sand, an actress and former Playboy model, had naturally big breasts, which aided her career but started to cause problems after three pregnancies. She was going through a course of procedures, but her surgeon died before his work was complete. She has been left with incomplete work and extensive scarring. Terry and Paul are asked to finish the job.
