Wanting a bigger behind, she went to Colombia to get her butt made bigger, but lost all of it just a few months later, with it gradually shrinking away. Another patient who had plastic surgery from a dentist hopes for a breast revision redemption. Her breasts now looks uneven. She tells the doctors she did not know he was a dentist at the time. She now wants her chest fixed once and for all. Dr Nassif attempts an eleventh rhinoplasty on a patient whose career is on the line because she can't breathe. She had her first operation after school, wanting her nose to look thinner. All ten surgeries that followed were an attempt at improving her breathing. But it never got better; it got worse. Dr Nassif sees that she needs her airways to be opened.
