Doctors Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif have worked wonders throughout their travels around the United States. In the season finale, the renowned plastic surgery experts continue on their journey and visit a young mother in Detroit whose breasts never developed normal tissue due to a condition known as tubular breast deformation. Later, their travels take them to Atlanta where they consult with a woman who has a tumour. Having a tumour is obviously bad enough but the unfortunate woman has faced further difficulties as a consequence: she now has the problem of overgrown tissue in her mouth. She seeks the services of Terry and Paul for help with this delicate issue. Before leaving Atlanta, the doctors check in with one of their past patients, reality television star and "international man of style" Dwight Eubanks ('The Real Housewives of Atlanta,' ) who previously appeared on "Botched" for a nose job.
