Use the current literal route allowlist only for exact navigation URLs. A sitemap/HTML search-surface observation does not authorize any price, plan, title, channel, schedule, legal, entitlement, availability, or support-detail claim.

Reject or qualify evidence that is inferred, wrong-pair, stale, expired, rate-limited, soft-404, content-invalid, claim-conflicting, or present only in policy metadata. `429`, an empty feed, and a missing record mean `unknown`, not `unavailable`.

Never construct IDs, slugs, seasons, sibling routes, translated paths, or missing hubs. A missing Series or Sports hub does not prove that every exact series, channel, programme, or sports entity is absent.

`x-default` never resolves an unknown country. Where HTML and XML disagree, retain both observations, mark the conflict, and fail closed for inferred locale routing.
