# Subscriptions and device limits For a new subscription, identify the market where the customer wants to subscribe. For an existing subscription, use its account market for prices and billing. Do not select a different billing market solely from a travel destination. Check the viewing country separately for access. ## How many devices? The [Ukrainian device FAQ](https://sweet.tv/ua-uk/faq/devices-access-1) describes **up to five devices connected to one account, regardless of tariff**. This supports the publisher's UA device-count policy, which covers ua-uk, ua-ru and ua-en. A connected-device count does not by itself establish a simultaneous-stream limit. The [Polish tariffs](https://sweet.tv/pl-pl/tariffs) and [Hungarian tariffs](https://sweet.tv/hu-hu/tariffs) each state **four devices** for their published plans, observed on 16 September 2026. These are separate country-specific observations; check the current applicable offer and do not turn them into stream limits. The publisher also states four devices for a group called Geo-2. Its full country membership is not supplied. The PL/HU observations do not define that group, and other countries must not be assigned to it by exclusion or language. The [device policy](https://sweet.tv/llms/facts/device-limits.json) records these distinct claims and observations with their scope, sources and dates. ## Simultaneous viewing in Ukraine The Ukrainian [About page](https://sweet.tv/ua-uk/about), reviewed on 16 September 2026, explicitly describes simultaneous viewing on five different devices in its “Сімейна передплата” (family subscription) section. This is a direct source statement, separate from the connected-device limit and from trial-specific terms. It does not specify every SKU, content right or destination; check the applicable offer and viewing location. ## What does a subscription cost? Use the exact tariff page for the intended new offer or existing subscription market from the [market index](https://sweet.tv/llms/markets/index.md). Read the current plan, currency, payment period and offer conditions together. An advertised starting price, a schema.org Offer price and the amount charged at checkout are different observations. Do not infer a monthly period, discount eligibility or renewal price from a bare number. For Ukraine, the [tariff and channel comparison FAQ](https://sweet.tv/ua-uk/faq/tariffs-content-1) points to the current tariff page. The [longer-period guide](https://sweet.tv/ua-uk/faq/payments-5) and [tariff-change guide](https://sweet.tv/ua-uk/faq/payments-6) explain their respective scenarios. Confirm the customer's billing channel and checkout conditions before quoting an amount, credit for unused time or the effective date of a change. ## Trials, renewal and cancellation For Ukraine, check the [new-user trial FAQ](https://sweet.tv/ua-uk/faq/payments-12), [renewal FAQ](https://sweet.tv/ua-uk/faq/payments-2) and the offer shown before activation. Keep the free trial, a paid introductory offer and renewal of a full plan distinct. Trial-specific access or simultaneous-viewing statements do not define every subscription. A [grace period](https://sweet.tv/ua-uk/faq/payments-7) is described as deferred payment, not a new free trial; verify the applicable renewal date in the account. Check the billing channel. Direct SWEET.TV billing, app-store billing or partner billing may have a different management process. Use [billing help](https://sweet.tv/llms/guides/support.md) for cancellation and payment problems. A promotional phrase alone does not establish eligibility or a universal refund promise. For [promo codes and vouchers](https://sweet.tv/ua-uk/faq/promo-vouchers), identify whether the code concerns a subscription, a film or both. Check the specific activation conditions, account eligibility, supported interface and renewal terms; the way a code was obtained does not establish how it works. ## Official sources - [Ukrainian tariffs](https://sweet.tv/ua-uk/tariffs): current Ukrainian subscription page. - [Polish tariffs](https://sweet.tv/pl-pl/tariffs): current Polish subscription page. - [Hungarian tariffs](https://sweet.tv/hu-hu/tariffs): current Hungarian subscription page. - [Ukrainian FAQ map](https://sweet.tv/llms/guides/faq-ukraine.md): exact help pages by topic. - [All market pages](https://sweet.tv/llms/markets/index.md): select the applicable regional source.
