A mother who blames Santa for breaking her nose seeks Dr Nassif's help. Sara now has an "L-shaped" nose, with the skin there turning purple when it's cold, and red when it's warm. Dr Nassif understands that the blood supply to her nose is therefore presumably not great, which is a problem for the upcoming surgery. A woman with cobwebbed areolas is haunted by the ghosts of surgeries past. Melissa's implants left her body in a bad shape. She wants her body to look normal and to feel good. The doctors warn Melissa the surgery contains certain risks. And after almost dying from plastic surgery, a Brazilian bombshell has one last Christmas wish to get her nose fixed. Liziane wants her seventh nose job done despite serious complications in the past. She almost died from a pulmonary embolism in her last operation, but wants more work done nevertheless. Dr Dubrow warns her not to continue with the surgeries.
