Dr Dubrow lifts a woman's spirit and her utterly disastrous sagging breasts. Michelle got implants that were three times the size she initially asked for, and the extra weight and size for which she had not planned led them to sag. Dr Dubrow has a plan to save the day. Dr Nassif does a rhinoplasty on a woman who is unhappy with her "pig nose". Erika wants a longer nose after having four botched and traumatic surgeries, including one in which she experienced anaesthesia awareness. Meanwhile, a viral sensation is desperate for help with her "big booty problems". Courtney hopes Dr Dubrow can restore her natural butt. She had illegal injections to get her backside as big as it is now. However, the doctors are faced with a problem, which could mean either only a partial fix or having to amputate the whole butt. Courtney is confronted with a dilemma as she would still like to have a bum, only smaller.
