After almost dying during a procedure in Ecuador, Kathy, an ex-'Playboy' model, wants to take a second chance at fixing her neck and nose. She seeks the help of Terry and Paul, two doctors who know what they are doing, unlike her previous surgeon who offered her treatment on a discount. The doctors also meet reality star Angelique "Frenchy" Morgan ('Rock of Love') who wants them to make her look even more "plastic fantastic". Unfortunately, she tests Terry's patience when he tries to give her advice, and she has to reconsider the surgery that she thinks will enlarge her breasts. Later, they meet Serena, whose breasts are placed too closely together. She wants them to fix the "uniboob" that was the result of botched treatment carried out by a less than considerate doctor. They do what they can to help, restoring both her breasts and her self-confidence, giving her the courage she needs to socialise with her friends again.
