Anna Pelenchuk is a film and television producer, screenwriter. Founder of the film company "435 FILMS" and "Maq Entertainment". Winner of the prestigious First Step Berlin award. Anna is a member of the DipKult Club at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. EDUCATION She graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy of KNU named after Taras Shevchenko. Postgraduate student of the Institute of World Economy and International Relations of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. In the fall of 2009, she graduated from the production intensive of the New York Film Academy. BIOGRAPHY She began her production career in 2004 at the Fund for the Development of Ukrainian Cinema at the film studio named after Oleksandr Dovzhenka. Since 2006, she has been working as an independent producer, several times she was chosen as a participant of the BERLINALE co-production market. In 2012, Anna, as a producer, released her first full-length feature film - "Istalgia" (Co-produced by Ukraine / Germany / Serbia). This film became the first official co-produced film in Ukraine. In 2014, she was the executive producer of the 100-episode TV series Sashka, which was broadcast on the Ukraine channel. In 2014-2016, Anna initiated and organized the "Week of Ukrainian Cinema in Support of Oleg Sentsov" in 10 cities of Ukraine. In 2015-2016, Anna organized days of Ukrainian cinema in Georgia, Germany and Sweden. In Germany, the event was supported by leading German politicians, diplomats from various countries, members of the European Film Academy, as well as representatives of the Ukrainian and foreign film industry. She is also one of the organizers of charity film screenings in Nebesnaya Sotna Square. In 2015, she founded the annual professional and educational program SHORT DOCTORING at the international film festival of short films KISFF. Anna initiated the publication of two books about the Ukrainian director Oleg Sentsova & quot; Stories & quot ;, & quot; Buy the book - it's funny & quot ;, who is currently in prison in Russia. In February 2016, Hannu presented the documentary film "Mariupolis" directed by Mantas Kvedaravičius at the international premiere within the Documentary Program "Panorama" at the Berlin International Film Festival.
