Nina Ter-Osipyan

She was born on April 5 (18), 1909 in Baku. In 1918 she moved to Saratov, then in 1920 to Moscow. In 1925 she was accepted into the troupe of the Theater of Revolution (now the theater named after VV Mayakovsky). Member of the CPSU (b) since 1940. The brilliant comedic actress, who played in the cinema, mostly women of "eastern type". Honored Artist of the RSFSR (1954). People's Artist of the RSFSR (1972). She passed away on July 24, 2002. Buried at the Armenian cemetery in Moscow.
