Vladimir Menshov

Vladimir V. Menchov (born September 17, 1939, Baku) - Soviet and Russian theater, film and television actor, film director, screenwriter, producer. Honored Artist of the RSFSR (1984), People's Artist of the RSFSR (1989), winner of the State Prize of the USSR (1981) and the Oscar in the nomination "Best film in a foreign language" for the film "Moscow Doesn't Believe in Tears."
