The doctors run into a familiar face when they are called upon to help a woman who calls herself "the most unlucky person in the world". Lacey Wildd, who was rejected by the pair last season, is back on the show, and this time she has a bigger problem than her breasts. After Paul and Terry declined to work on her body previously, she sought help elsewhere but for a facelift, rather than treatment on her boobs. Unfortunately, the procedure didn't work and rather than look younger, poor Lacey began to look older instead. As this is also creating problems with her bookings, Lacey desperately needs the help of Paul and Terry to fix her face and her career. Elsewhere, transgender showgirl Cassandra Cass seeks the doctors' help to become her favourite cartoon character: Jessica Rabbit. And Sara, who suffered a botched nose job after seeking the help of a doctor with a secret meth habit, now seeks the help of Paul and Terry for help with her nose and her self-confidence.
