After busting her stitches open a week following her previous surgery, she has been left with a big hole in her butt crack. Dr Dubrow helps a mother with creaseless breasts get the reduction she's tried to achieve for 20 years. It is a tough case for the doctors, who hear that the previous doctor offered to lift her breasts and reduce their size with implants, so that she'd still have a cleavage. Her breasts kept getting bigger and not smaller after the surgeries. She finds that her nipples are now too high while her breasts have dropped too low. Meanwhile, a woman whose face is destroyed from a motorcycle wreck hopes surgery with Dr Nassif will ease the emotional pain. The accident completely removed her nose, and her left eye socket exploded. She has had seven surgeries to reconstruct her face.
