Doctors Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif meet Joey, a plastic surgery enthusiast who wants a new nose. His first doctor botched the operation as the implant that had been inserted slipped down and broke through the septum. As the bones in Joey's nose have already been fractured, the doctors think a further operation could be very risky, despite his hopes of achieving plastic perfection. They then meet Christina, a young woman who has been left with a twisted nose following the botched surgery she received after a car accident. The noted surgeons also meet Kim, a New Jersey housewife, who has agitated breasts following a boob job that has gone wrong. No longer trusting of the surgeon who botched her operation, she turns to Terry and Paul for help, but they have no guarantees that another operation is going to work. This could be bad news for the woman, who is obsessed with the way her breasts look and feel, but she decides to go through with another procedure anyway.
