It is therefore very important for her to look good, after her last surgery on her posterior went wrong. She hopes the doctors will remove the fillers and give her behind a nice shape. Meanwhile, a young man with a cauliflower-looking keloid on his ear hopes Dr Nassif has a solution to remove it permanently. He was born with a condition called microtia, which has left him with this protrusion on his left ear. It is a challenge for the doctors, as it keeps growing back after being surgically removed.
