Marlene's nose is threatening to collapse after having three surgeries. Her surgeon botched the procedures she had undertaken, so rather than trust the person whose next solution was to sand her nose down, she turns to doctors Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif for help. While Paul helps to put right what the previous surgeon got wrong, Terry helps Chanel, a former recluse whose breast tissue started to disappear after a surgeon removed her implants. For once, Terry is confronted with a cosmetic breast case that he has never seen before, and is faced with a challenge when trying to put them back into shape. On this episode, the doctors also meet Tiffany, an Ivanka Trump superfan who has undergone 13 procedures to look like the daughter of the former president. But despite her willingness to have the operations that will transform her into her idol, Paul and Terry share their concerns, as they don't think now is the right time for her to undertake more surgery.
